VFMCG is First in Design Thinking Competition for Secondary Schools

Congratulations!

Vivian Fowler Memorial College for Girls placed First in the Design Thinking Competition for Secondary schools at the Africa Educational Technology Fair 2019.

Participants were required to design a 21st-century curriculum and classroom to tackle rising school dropout rates in cities like Maiduguri, using a design thinking approach.

They were also required to create and test a prototype of their solution.

We thank our coaches and mentors for their invaluable contribution to the success of our project.
