Beverly Naya Visits Vivian Fowler
On Wednesday, 15th January 2020, we welcome Beverly Naya @thebeverlynaya accompanied by Eku Edewor along with members of her crew to Vivian Fowler Memorial College for Girls.
Beverly Naya is an #alumna and as part of her school tour which is supported by Ford Foundation, she is visited our school to show our students a self-produced documentary titled SKIN. ‘Skin’ focuses on the negative effects of colouring and skin bleaching whilst aiming to promote self-love and unity within our society.
According to WHO, Nigerian women are the highest consumers of bleaching cream in Africa with 77% of Nigerian women altering their natural skin tone.
Entrance Examinations for the 2020-2021 Academic Session will take place on Saturday, 21st March 2020 at 9.00 am in the school hall.
